Clinic Convert & PracticeHub Integration
Creating your integration with PracticeHub couldn't be simpler! We've worked closely with PracticeHub to build a seamless integration which can be set up in minutes and allows for a two-way sync, meaning any contacts you add into Clinic Convert will also find their way into PracticeHub. What's better is our sync runs every 2 minutes meaning you've got the most accurate data possible in Clinic Convert.
Read on to learn about our integration and how to get set up...
What Triggers creation/update of data and how often does my data sync?
Data is shared between PracticeHub and Clinic Convert (and vice versa) every 2 minutes.
Triggers that will include a record in automatic sync are:
- When patient is created for the first time (creates new contact in Clinic Convert)
- When patient has been edited in any way, either through the patient edit form or any other way (updates existing contact in Clinic Convert)
- When patients have had appointments added, changed or removed (updates existing contact in Clinic Convert)
- When a contact is added to Clinic Convert (creates new patient in PracticeHub)
Patients marked as "DNC" or "Deceased" will not be synced to Clinic Convert. Any patient that has the DNC or Deceased tag applied after they have previously synced will be deleted from Clinic Convert. Upon removing the tag the patient will be re-synced. Patients with no email address will not be synced. Patients can share an email address (in the event of multiple members of the same family being synced), but this is reliant on Allowing Duplicate Contacts.

Integrating PracticeHub with Clinic Convert
Head to Settings > Integrations. You'll be greeted with the following screen showing all of the available integrations within PracticeHub.
Clinic Convert will be sat within the "Marketing" section. Simply hit "Connect"
Once you've hit "Connect", you'll be taken through to a page which informs you that you'll need to log in HighLevel to continue. Click the orange "Login" button and you will be taken to the below sign in page - pop your details in and hit "Sign in"
You'll need to pass through a verification process either via email or SMS. Enter the code and you'll be redirected back to the account selection screen.
Simply click on your account and wait a few seconds. The page will refresh and you will now see the PracticeHub Integrations page once more, with Clinic Convert now showing as connected!
If you've connected the incorrect account, you can simply hit the "back" button in your browser to navigate back to the selection page.
Allowing Duplicate Contacts
One important step to take is to enable duplicate contacts - this will ensure those who share email addresses can be successfully synced. Head to your Clinic Convert account and navigate to Settings (bottom left corner)
Scroll down the page and you will see the "Contact Duplication Preferences" field on the right side of the page. Make sure to turn the toggle "on" - it'll switch to a blue colour!
Using Clinic Convert to create patient files in PracticeHub
When you add contacts directly to Clinic Convert, they will pull into PracticeHub. To do this, simply head to "Contacts" from the left side bar, followed by the "+" button.
You'll be able to add a name, email address and contact number for the contact. This data will pull over to PracticeHub automatically. Please note: Profile images will not be synced and if a record is deleted from Clinic Convert, it will not be deleted from PracticeHub.
