Why Clear Site Data, Cache Memory, and Cookies?

- You don't see the support chat widget.
- You are unable to open your account.

The easiest way - Try this first
- Right Click "Inspect"
- Click here ">>"
- Click "Application"
- Click "Storage"
- Click "Clear Site Data"
- Now Close, refresh and try logging in again

How to Clear Cache Memory and Cookies on Google, Mac and iPad (Safari)
On Google Chrome:
Desktop (Windows and macOS):
- Open Google Chrome
- Click on the three dots menu icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to "Delete browsing data."
- Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
- Choose the time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).
- Click "Delete data."
- After deleting, restart your browser to ensure changes take effect.
On Mac:
- Open the Safari browser on your Mac.
- Click on "Safari" in the menu bar, then select "Preferences."
- Go to the "Privacy" tab within Preferences.
- Click on "Manage Website Data…" to view stored data.
- Select "Remove All" to delete all stored data, or select specific websites and click "Remove" to delete data selectively.
- Click "Remove Now" to confirm deletion.

On iPad (Safari):
- Tap on the Settings icon on your iPad's home screen.
- Scroll down and tap on "Safari" from the list of settings.
- Tap on "Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm your action by tapping "Clear History and Data."
